Role Overview The Manager, Customer Analytics is an analytics leader with a scrappy, get-it-done attitude who is passionate about analyzing data to solve business problems and drive growth. This role sits within Commerce Marketing and focuses on Customer Engagement and Loyalty, analyzing retention patterns, loyalty program performance, and behavioral data to optimize the customer lifecycle. It includes a heavy dose of exposure to senior management, and candidates need a proven track record of distilling down complex data into actionable insights and crisply communicating them to leadership. How You Will Make An Impact • Deep-dive analysis across various datasets (using SQL or R) to answer business questions and identify new opportunities • Be able to dig 2 to 3 layers deep to uncover insights that aren’t surface level • Effectively communicate analysis findings to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership • Partner with Product, Data Science, CRM and Ops teams to turn insights into actionable outcomes and measure impact • Lead the development of data visualization and dashboards to help the organization monitor performance, generate insights, and continuously improve profitability and user experience What You Bring To The Team • 4+ years of experience in data and analytics, with demonstrated career growth and momentum in influencing businesses • Deep understanding of e-commerce and CRM • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills • Proactive in taking initiative and driving projects to a conclusion • Hands on experience working with large and complex data – proficiency w/ SQL is a must • Knowledge of sports helpful, but not required At Fanatics, we value transparency and honesty. The salary for this position is between $107,500 and $150,000 per year, in compliance with California's salary transparency requirements.
