We’re looking for an experienced Operations & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our internal processes, lead our growing team, and ensure every customer experience reflects our luxury standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends customer service, people management, and operational thinking. You’ll work directly with the CEO to improve how we operate as we scale with structure, clarity, and care.
