CRM EXECUTIVE
Are you ready to channel your creativity into elevating our thriving women’s fashion brand to new heights? We’re looking for a dedicated CRM Executive who can bring expertise, passion, and innovation to our growing team.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• On-site in Sutton Coldfield – free parking + flexi-hours.
• Up to £32K
WHO ARE WE
We have been running over the last five decade’s and growing rapidly through the last number of years as the eCommerce wing to our business has skyrocketed. Currently catering to over 1 million customers yearly and this number continues to grow with our success! We provide high quality fashion products, within the affordable and luxury fashion industry to our customers.
We strive to create a welcoming environment, where progression is certainly encouraged for our employees. Due to our constant expansion, we are seeking to add a CRM Executive to the team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
As a CRM Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of customer communications, from audience segmentation and campaign planning through to build, testing, and deployment.
You’ll work closely with designers to brief campaigns and provide feedback, optimise marketing automation to increase engagement and retention, and conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities.
You’ll help track and analyse campaign performance, produce reports for the marketing team, and contribute ideas to improve results. In this role, you’ll play an important part in aligning CRM activity with wider business objectives, staying up to date with industry trends, and building your expertise in customer relationship marketing.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
• 2+ years in a CRM or Email Marketing position.
• eCommerce B2C experience.
• Confidence managing multiple CRM channels.
• Proficiency with ESP, SMS, CDP Platforms and Google Analytics.
• Fashion, eCommerce experience highly desirable.
• Excellent teamwork.
