Edgewell Europe is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to support its strategic growth by delivering advanced analytical solutions that drive commercial success. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role will empower key stakeholders with actionable insights, enhance decision-making through robust models, and foster a data-driven culture across European operations.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
• Develop and refine analytical tools and models to extract actionable insights from complex data, driving informed decision and change.
• Empower the European commercial community by creating self-service solutions that facilitate better and quicker decision-making.
• Lead the creation of performance metrics that offer deep insights into business performance and support course correction.
• Influence key leaders to embed data-driven decision-making into the organisational culture.
• Oversee enhancements, optimising performance and investments in promo, pricing, terms, product mix, NPD, media, and digital.
• Advocate for efficient work processes and simplification to maximise productivity and data utilisation.
• Collaborate with the global BI-IT team to enhance and scale the architecture as part of the European D&A strategy.
• Drive initiatives to improve data literacy across the European commercial business.
• Ensure high adoption of created tools by offering customised in-house demos and training sessions.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform, along with a solid understanding of FMCG commercial processes and data science methods. Experience across European markets and fluency in English are essential, with additional languages considered a plus. We’re looking for someone with experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Personal Care business.
While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here’s What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in Data & Analytics, ideally within Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Demonstrated agile and collaborative approach, with the ability to efficiently manage projects, implement change, and foster continuous learning.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Solid grasp of commercial processes and financials (e.g. P&L) in FMCG environments.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into action.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX and no-code ETL tools.
• Familiar with data lakes (e.g. Snowflake), and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong understanding of data science methods (e.g. regression, ML, AI) applied in FMCG.
• Experienced with syndicated (e.g. Nielsen, Circana), panel (e.g. Homescan), EPOS, and e-commerce data (e.g. Flywheel).
• Experience with TPM/TPO systems for trade and promotional management an advantage.
• Commercially minded, innovative, and results driven.
• Experience working across European markets is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
