Delivery Manager (Customer Solutions) - Permanent - Hybrid - circa £70,000 plus benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join a growing organisation. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of customer solutions such as web/ecommerce, CRM & loyalty.
This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite in London 3 days a week.
What you will be doing:
• Working with Product Owners, BA's, Architects and operational team to ensure the right solutions are implemented
• Working with cross-functional teams in a software practice, ensuring the work fed into scrum teams is of the right technical quality
• Partnering with suppliers, providing oversight to ensure consistently high quality delivery across projects
• Developing and maintaining a rolling backlog across the platform
• Collaborating with business teams to understand and deliver their application requirements
What we are looking for:
• Proven digital delivery experience in areas such as E-commerce/Web, CMS, CRM & loyalty
• Experience working with 3rd party development teams
• Previous experience working in a B2C industry such as Retail, Hospitality or Travel
• Excellent communication skills
