Job Title: Temp Makeup Marketing Coordinator - Travel Retail & Distributors
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Reports to: Travel Retail Senior Brand Manager
Contract Type: Temporary
Role Overview
Dolce & Gabbana Beauty seeks a Temp Makeup Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Makeup initiatives across Travel Retail and Distributor markets in the Americas. The role drives on-time launches, channel activations, and point-of-sale excellence by coordinating with distributors and internal teams to achieve brand, sell-in, and sell-out objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Launch Planning
• Coordinate end-to-end Makeup launch timelines and deliverables for TR/Distributors; align guidelines, product copy, and sell-in materials with Sales.
• Monitor readiness (assets, testers, POSM), flag risks and drive mitigations.
• Execute 360° activations with distributors/retailers (animations, sampling, GWPs, bundles, e-commerce).
• Consolidate monthly calendars and capture post-activation learnings.
Distributor Collaboration
• Serve as primary contact for assigned distributors (LATAM & Canada); communicate guidelines, deadlines, and best practices.
• Gather market feedback on launches, competitors, and pricing to inform plans.
Reporting & Analytics
• Track sell-in/sell-out, stock by launch, door, and market; produce weekly/monthly dashboards.
• Surface KPI insights with clear actions to improve performance.
Budget & Administration
• Support budget tracking, POs, and invoices; maintain trackers (launches, activations, POSM, testers, sampling).
• Ensure documentation accuracy and on-time approvals.
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, and Supply to secure on time delivery and flawless execution.
• Align with Global Marketing on calendars, priorities, and brand standards.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within beauty/luxury or premium consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience supporting Distributor or Travel Retail channels strongly preferred.
• Proven coordination of product launches and channel activations (Makeup category experience is a plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with marketing/asset management tools and retailer portals is a plus.
• Focus on business results to increase sales and profitability.
• Ability to quickly adjust to shifting tasks and deadlines in a dynamic role.
• Creative strategies to engage customers and boost sales.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
