Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire an Digital Account Manager for an American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores in the United States and 23 other countries. You’ll join the Digital Account Management Team to build and sell advertising solutions. , using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building solutions. In this exciting high-profile role, you will work cross-functionally with Ad Sales, Product, and Category Marketing Teams, Brand Managers, Analytics, and E-Commerce Teams, as well as Shopper Marketing agencies. • This is a 6 month + opportunity. • The role is located in Hoboken, NJ and is hybrid onsite. • Hourly Pay: $50hr. - $57hr. Responsibilities: • Work with Sales Professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions and follow up. • Manage day-to-day business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue. • Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with Clients. • Manage Supplier’s Campaigns & Revenues while building strategic campaign recommendations based on the Suppliers’ business goals and marketing objectives. • Drive the end-to-end creative process between the Supplier and the Client's Creative Team. • Manage Agency Proposal Templates and Tagging. • Partner with Campaign Management on campaign activation, trafficking & optimizations. • Work with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy. Requirements: • Four-Year College Degree. • Experience in building media plan recommendations. • Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies, paired with strong analytical and quantitative skills, problem-solving. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills.
