About the Role
Bloom is seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Digital Brand Manager to lead retail marketing campaigns, manage our owned digital channels, and drive audience growth through targeted digital advertising and experiential activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative concepting and execution, with experience building strong partner relationships and delivering measurable results.
You’ll work closely with our sales team and dispensary partners to execute co-marketing campaigns—including in-store promotions supported by digital ads, email marketing, and content across owned channels. You’ll also help bring Bloom’s brand events to life, ensuring guest data is captured for retargeting efforts. On the DTC side, you’ll oversee the launch and growth of our new merch store—creating a channel for reaching new audiences with fewer regulatory restrictions.
This is a remote position with occasional travel for events and key partner meetings.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing campaigns with dispensary partners, ensuring alignment across digital ads, email, and in-store promotions.
• Manage all owned digital channels (email, social, web), creating engaging, on-brand content that drives measurable engagement.
• Work with our digital agency to strategize, launch, and scale paid digital campaigns, leveraging audience data for precise targeting.
• Partner with retail accounts nationwide to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence.
• Brief and collaborate with the creative team on asset development for all content, campaigns
• and assets needed to execute projects, leading strategy and managing business needs to meet project goals
• Support brand events, with a focus on capturing attendee data for retargeting campaigns.
• Manage monthly budgets for creative production, digital paid media and co-marketing efforts.
• Lead the launch and growth of Bloom’s DTC merch store—developing product, marketing, and fulfillment strategies that align with brand goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.
What You Have
• 5+ years experience in brand management, retail marketing, or digital marketing (cannabis industry experience a plus)..
• Proven track record managing omni-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong understanding of paid digital media, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
• Experience managing DTC e-commerce initiatives, including merch or apparel lines.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
