The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Commerce Executive to manage and grow RUSH’s online performance across our e-commerce partners.
This isn’t a typical “just manage the website” role. Instead, you’ll own relationships with platforms like Haypp and Snussie, ensuring our products are visible, competitive, and performing effectively. You’ll work closely with partners on pricing, promotions, and marketing plans, while tracking performance data and helping shape strategies with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager.
It’s a hands-on role in a fast-growing challenger brand — perfect for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or account management who’s ready to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce partners (e.g., Haypp, Snussie).
• Support offers, pricing, and promotional planning with partners.
• Provide partners with updated product info, images, and marketing assets.
• Assist with launches, product listings, and content updates to maximise visibility.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Pull and organise weekly and monthly sales data from partners.
• Track KPIs like sales, conversion rates, stock levels, and rankings.
• Summarise insights for the wider team and highlight growth opportunities.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing on campaign assets and promotional plans.
• Liaise with logistics and operations to ensure stock availability across platforms.
• Support coordination between partners and internal teams on product launches and marketing pushes.
D2C Oversight
• Support basic updates and content uploads on getrushpouches.com when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers or agencies where required.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
• 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, or account management.
• Confident communicator — you’ll be managing relationships with external partners.
• Comfortable analysing data and reporting performance metrics clearly.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, challenger brand environment where priorities move quickly.
Nice to have:
• Experience with FMCG, lifestyle brands, or nicotine/vape categories.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other e-commerce tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or promotional mechanics.
