Client is looking for a detail-driven Content & Item Management Specialist to help power their Walmart.com and SamsClub.com digital presence. If you know your way around RetailLink, Item 360, and live for clean PDPs and smooth item launches, keep reading.
🔍 What You’ll Own
Content Syndication (60%)
• Manage and optimize product content for Walmart and Sam’s Club detail pages
• Audit regularly to close gaps and elevate digital shelf performance
• Work closely with content and sales teams to keep launches on track
Item Setup & Maintenance (20%)
• Ensure SKUs are live, accurate, and ready to sell
• Troubleshoot system errors, manage catalog updates, and support merchandising campaigns
3P Seller Monitoring (20%)
• Partner with internal teams to flag and take action on unauthorized 3P activity
• Help protect brand integrity and reduce channel conflict
✅ What You Bring
• 2+ years of eCommerce experience (CPG or retail preferred)
• Solid experience with Walmart.com/SamsClub.com tools and workflows
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Item 360 or RetailLink
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to juggle moving pieces
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
