Digital Designer, Commerce | Revenue Marketing, Consumer Creative
The Revenue Marketing, Consumer Creative team is responsible for the development of all multi-channel creative marketing assets for a subset of the company brands (Vogue, Vanity Fair, GQ, Allure, Bon Appétit, Epicurious, The New Yorker, Wired, Architectural Digest, etc.). The Consumer Revenue Creative team generates revenue from consumers through subscriptions including print, digital, and membership offerings such as Architectural Digest Pro (AD Pro), Box Continuity (subscription box & member store) businesses, and Commerce, through affiliate articles, storefront and partnerships.
We are looking for a Digital Designer within a high-volume, fast-paced environment to deliver best-in-class creatives to drive revenue across key Commerce brands like Allure, SELF, GQ, Glamour, Architectural Digest, company’s Traveler and Bon Appétit.
Responsibilities may include:
• Work closely with stakeholders, including but not limited to: Commerce Editorial, Brand Design, Content Operations, Marketing, Project Management, and Consumer Revenue Creative on the visual identity of commerce content across all platforms and mediums.
• Perform stitching/collaging, silhouetting, retouching, resizing, and basic manipulation of images.
• Create and silo product cards for editorial content and product listing pages under tight deadlines, according to brand specs and requirements. Where time allows, some silhouetting and retouching can be done via approved 3rd party platforms.
• Design and prepare logos, recirculation assets, and other relevant on-site and off-platform visuals with typography.
• Able to create aesthetically pleasing visuals including, but not limited to collages and templates for on-site, email, and social platforms upon request.
• Mock-up and evolve original visuals that are both compelling and match the brand identity.
• Implement feedback and changes to creatives when appropriate.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience working in eCommerce, marketing, and/or agency.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly and efficiently
• Proficiency with Adobe, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma
• Familiarity with publishing tools like Co-Pilot
