We are seeking a Digital Experience Content Specialist (Website) for a fully remote position based out of New York Metro Area. This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension, offering a 40-hour work week, weekly W2 pay, and access to benefits through Onward Search. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our client’s online presence by driving innovative personalization and optimization strategies that elevate customer interactions and digital growth. Hours are Eastern Standard Time (EST). There is no application deadline for this role. Digital Experience Content Specialist Responsibilities: β€’ Spearhead digital initiatives to refine website search functionality, product descriptions, and imagery, ensuring a seamless user experience. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Analytics, to craft and execute strategies that elevate personalization and optimize the eCommerce platform. β€’ Analyze customer experience data, web analytics, and feedback to identify insights and propose actionable improvements. β€’ Implement global personalization strategies using tools such as Algonomy, SAP CCv2, and Sitecore. β€’ Prioritize and manage the digital experience backlog for continuous improvement and innovation. β€’ Stay informed on emerging software and systems, integrating new technologies to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence. β€’ Partner with the MDM Core team and Product Category Managers to establish and enforce product data quality standards and procedures. β€’ Collaborate with the PCM team to define product category attributes and gather comprehensive attribute data. β€’ Oversee the collection and uploading of product images, ensuring accuracy and consistency for new and existing products.
