Role Details: Contract Duration: 4 months w/potential extension Schedule: HYBRID in Fort Worth office, onsite T - TH Responsibilities: • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests with the ability to communicate business and technical requirements to the team and various stakeholders. • Actively run successful tests, build partnerships with key stakeholders, and spread interest in a test and learn culture. • Identify opportunities for analysis and testing on the site that increase conversion or drive revenue improvement. • Ensure the experimentation program is scalable, repeatable, effective, and meets stakeholder expectations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field. • Proficiency in Python, R or other relevant modern programming languages • Experience with digital experimentation and causal inference • Experience with SQL. • Experience with Adobe products, Adobe Analytics, or similar testing tools.
