This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of product launches and platform integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to manage ERP migrations, CRM integrations, and e-commerce platform implementations. Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across departments. Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Support data migration and integration efforts across platforms. Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. Coordinate with EDI partners and manage product information systems. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors. Familiarity with Optimizely, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage 5–8 projects simultaneously. Experience Level Intermediate to Expert Level Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in product ownership or project management.
