Role description
The Opportunity:
This role will develop, execute, and foster a collaborative business partnership between Amazon and Puig teams to deliver sales and market share growth. Responsible for handling and optimizing our Amazon presence and commercial strategy that drives the digital experience and achieves KPIs.
What you’ll get to do:
• Act as a focal point with the Amazon team, external agency, and internal areas (marketing, media, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to ensure 360º operational excellence at all stages of the operation
• Own and manage the full Amazon/Marketplaces P&L from revenue to profit, ensuring the brand meets both sales and profitability targets
• Develop and execute growth plans through effective advertising, promotions, optimized site content, and assortment strategies that align with global brand guidelines
• Manage and optimize the brands' online stores, ensuring a premium experience that drives sell out results
• Enhance product detail pages by managing and optimizing content, including images, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance visibility, improve SEO, to drive higher traffic and conversion
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring seamless order management, customer service and inventory management
• Collaborate closely with demand planning team to accurately forecast sales, ensure sufficient stock levels, and optimize inventory to meet customer demand
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, analyzing sales performance and sharing strategies to drive growth and improve results
We’d love to meet you if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or another relevant field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, e-commerce or digital marketing
• Experience with Amazon/Marketplace platforms, preferably in the fragrance/beauty sector
• Knowledge of online sales strategies and digital marketing
• Analytical profile with the ability to transform data into decisions and tactical actions
• Passion for premium consumer experiences and aesthetic sensitivity to ensure brand excellence
• Effective communication, excellent organization, and strong stakeholder relationship skills
• Strong problem solver and negotiator with excellent follow up skills and the ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $115,000.00 - $125,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure. In addition to the base salary, PUIG offers a competitive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, paid holidays, a generous paid time-off policy, hybrid work environment, and career opportunities within a dynamic team.
