What you will do: • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns targeted to luxury clients and interior designers • Manage and measure email & social media organic campaigns • Strategically manage freelance social media specialists • Establish key success metrics and analytic reporting systems to increase traffic drivers that grow our audience and revenue. • Design marketing assets & maneuver digital campaigns through complete project life cycles • Guide and contribute to the development of creative ideas and deliverables. • Impact the growth of a small, evolving team in a start-up environment. Who you are: • Eat, breathe, and sleep today’s luxury digital consumer to develop brand specific strategies that drive sales. • A self-starter who is motivated by results • Versed in Mailchimp and Hubspot (with customer flows/journey building/management knowledge) • Experienced with digital sales funnels • Highly organized & data driven • Skilled and creative using Adobe Creative Software with ability to follow brand guidelines. • Familiar with SEO • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills • Shopify and Hubspot experience a plus • Experienced with at least two years of digital marketing work Position is full time, hybrid with benefits.
