Role description
We are a young, lively, and enthusiastic TikTok Shop agency, based in London, with a hybrid working rhythm. Our team is dedicated to helping brands maximise their presence and sales on TikTok. We are passionate about driving growth and innovation in the e-commerce space, and we are seeking digital marketing specialist who have an interest in new technologies and want to become a TikTok Shop Specialist to lead our client success initiatives and elevate the growth of TikTok Shops across our portfolio. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and optimise our clients' TikTok Shops. You will leverage your expertise and experience to support multiple brands, driving revenue growth and enhancing their presence on TikTok. Requirements • Maintain deep knowledge of TikTok platform features, algorithms, and trends • Stay updated on TikTok Shop developments and best practices • Provide strategic insights to leverage TikTok's ecosystem for client success Client Relationship Management • Oversee multiple client relationships • Handle escalated client issues and resolve them independently • Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage client concerns. Campaign Management • Lead the development and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns for own clients and team clients • Ensure campaign strategies meet client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Facilitate strategic brainstorming sessions with the team • Analyse campaign performance and offer actionable insights for optimisation • Be accountable for client GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets, supported by AMs and AEs Reporting & Analysis • Schedule and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, or ensure team members do so • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients and Somerce management • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing • Proven track record of managing successful e-commerce or social media campaigns, preferably with TikTok Shop but not required. Experience in paid social, affiliate marketing is desirable • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving platform trends. • Hiring metrics focused • Excel skills Benefits Why join Somerce?
