Job Description: wool& is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. You will report into Whitney, our Digital Marketing Manager and will be responsible for executing our marketing strategies. This role and our organization are highly collaborative. There's opportunity to work closely with our graphic designers, merchants, and photography team as well. The ideal candidate is creative, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You appreciate and understand how to work with different personality types. • Very Online – You intuitively understand internet culture, social trends, and creators. • Organized & Execution-Oriented – Comfortable juggling creator outreach, social scheduling, and ad trafficking. • Creative, Yet Tactical – Can whip up a TikTok edit or a branded Instagram story, but can also navigate and understand ad dashboards. • Collaborative – You’ll work closely with the marketing team, but also thrive when owning projects. • Curious and passionate about your work – You’re eager to grow as a marketer and storyteller. You have the drive to try new things, share learnings with the team and pitch ideas, all with a positive attitude. Responsibilities: 1. Digital Ad Execution Support (Top Priority) • Build and launch ads in Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. • Do light design work (updating templates, resizing assets, creating simple graphics). • Edit short-form video content for organic and paid campaigns. 1. Creator Partnerships • Source, vet, and manage relationships with creators and influencers that align with the brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. • Coordinate content creation, contracts, and deliverables. • Execute partnership ads — from briefing creators to uploading content into ad platforms. 1. Social Media Support • Support content planning and scheduling with the marketing team. Occasionally take on posting and engaging across platforms as well. • Occasionally shoot iphone quality video content with the team, and not being afraid to get on camera yourself. • Stay plugged into social media best practices, platform changes and cultural trends. Pitch post concepts and platform strategies to the marketing team. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of digital marketing, social media, or influencer management experience. • Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube (personal or professional). • Basic skills in Figma/Adobe Suite and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.). • Comfort working in Meta/TikTok/Pinterest Ads Manager (experience a plus, or willingness to learn fast). • Experience working with tools such as Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Figma.
