Job Description: Digital Marketing Coordinator Reports To: Growth Marketing Manager Location: Remote UK/Ireland Employment Type: Full Time Position Overview: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team and support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across CRM/Email and SMS as well as support in paid social and across the Digital Marketing mix. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about DTC marketing, eager to learn, and excited to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll play a crucial role in building and optimising campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition and retention, with a focus on performance across CRM tools like Klaviyo and platforms including Meta and TikTok. You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, CRM and Affiliate Manager, and Brand team to ensure campaigns are integrated, impactful, and aligned with our wider business goals. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with various aspects of the Digital Marketing arena, and a proactive approach. Experience working on DTC platforms such as Shopify is essential, while TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred. Experience in wider eCommerce, Amazon and marketplaces are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Coordination & Execution • Assist in the delivery of Email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive, from copy drafting,  briefing and ideation, segmentation and scheduling, through to A/B testing and performance analysis • Support the day-to-day execution of Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok), including creative briefing, UTM building, copy drafting, and performance tracking • Help build successful awareness and lead generation campaigns and work closely with the team to ensure we have content that delivers for customers at every stage in the funnel • Evaluate data and performance in both channels, report on KPIs and provide insight and feedback on the strategy • Support planning and growth in TikTok Shop • Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns across Google Ads, CRM, and Paid Social are aligned and optimised for performance Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Brand, Creative, and eComm teams to help brief content tailored to each channel and audience • Support the coordination of campaign calendars to ensure all digital activity is well-timed and cohesive • Liaise with agency partners to help manage assets and campaign performance Performance Monitoring • Track and report on channel KPIs, including CTR, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and database growth • Support in compiling performance summaries and key learnings to inform ongoing testing and channel improvements • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, especially around TikTok Shop, emerging platforms, and new ad formats Qualifications and Experience: • 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role (in-house or agency), in a DTC environment • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo • A good understanding of performance metrics and the role of Paid Social and Email/SMS in the broader marketing funnel • Comfortable using Google Analytics, Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a can-do attitude • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn Nice to Have: • Experience with TikTok Shop and other marketplace platforms • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns • Comfort using tools like Canva or Figma for basic asset amendments  Why Join Us?
