We are a growing company seeking a sharp, motivated, and growth-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Role This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for executing and overseeing our digital marketing strategy across platforms. Youโ€™ll manage Shopify marketing campaigns, paid ads, social media strategy, SMS and email marketing, and ensure our digital presence drives growth and customer engagement. You will also coordinate with external marketing contractors and report directly to the Founder. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid advertising. โ€ข Manage Shopify marketing tools and integrations to optimize sales performance. โ€ข Plan and oversee paid advertising (Meta, Google, and other channels) to drive ROI. โ€ข Lead our social media content strategy and calendar, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. โ€ข Manage/coordinate SMS and email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. โ€ข Coordinate the work of external marketing contractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals. โ€ข Analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve strategies and performance. โ€ข Stay current on digital marketing trends and propose new ideas to support growth. Qualifications โ€ข 2โ€“4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle brands. โ€ข Strong understanding of Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms. โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple digital channels with measurable success. โ€ข Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. โ€ข Hands-on, proactive, and motivated by growth. โ€ข Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
