The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and elevate our digital presence across multiple platforms. This individual will oversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, Shopify and Amazon storefronts, email programs, and content creation. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and experienced in digital tools, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and consumer trends.
This role offers the opportunity to work across both a well-established brand and a growing new launch, while contributing directly to the development of future product lines and digital storytelling across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and regularly update Shopify storefronts, Amazon listings, and TikTok Shops
• Create and send email marketing campaigns (bi-weekly or weekly) using Klaviyo or a similar platform
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, especially on Meta/Instagram
• Produce and edit light content for social media and campaigns (short-form video, UGC-style clips, graphics)
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand site updates and product launches
• Monitor key marketing metrics and provide performance insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and digital innovations
• Contribute to seasonal and promotional campaign planning across platforms
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods space
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Meta Ads
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms and basic CRM segmentation
• Ability to produce and edit basic content in-house (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Based in the Los Angeles area and available for in-office work 2–3 days per week
