Role description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company, seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead their digital marketing strategies and drive growth for our building materials company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns, optimizing CRM and e-commerce platforms, and delivering measurable ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee cross-functional teams and align digital initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Leadership • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and sales for the building materials sector. • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation. • Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions and automation tools to optimize marketing efforts. CRM & E-commerce Optimization • Design and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to drive online sales and improve user experience. • Utilize data analytics to refine targeting, personalization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Performance Marketing & ROI • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.) to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Content & Branding • Oversee creative content planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and industry trends. • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-converting assets for digital and social media platforms. Stakeholder & Client Management • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, IT) and external partners to align digital strategies with business goals. • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements: • 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (agency or in-house). Experience in the building materials, construction, or B2B sectors is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Meta Ads Manager). • Google Ads, Meta Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or similar certifications are preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving ROAS, and executing award-winning campaigns.
