Our mission is to be the most trusted and competitive luxury jewelry brand, making it simple for customers to connect with us through our website, social media, paid ads, and search. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and improve our Shopify store, run targeted marketing campaigns, and drive qualified leads that convert.
NOTE: You must have jewelry ecommerce experience. This is a part-time / freelance role
If you’re a hands-on Shopify expert with digital marketing chops, this role offers a chance to directly impact both brand growth and sales.
What You’ll Do
E-Commerce & Shopify Management
• Maintain and update the Shopify store for speed, usability, and conversion.
• Upload and manage products, descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
• Implement apps and features to improve the customer journey and checkout flow.
• Optimize the site for mobile performance, load speed, and SEO.
Digital Marketing Execution
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Manage social media posting schedules and engagement to drive traffic.
• Create high-converting landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creative, and budget for maximum ROI.
Lead Capture & Conversion
• Optimize lead forms, appointment booking flows, and inquiry submissions.
• Ensure leads from paid ads, organic search, and social channels are properly tracked.
• Work with CRM tools to segment, nurture, and retarget high-intent prospects.
Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance across website, ads, and social to identify growth opportunities.
• Report on campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Use A/B testing to refine marketing messages and conversion flows.
What You Bring to the Table
• 3–4+ years in e-commerce, Shopify management, and digital marketing.
• Strong Shopify skills (themes, basic customizations, app integrations, SEO optimization).
• Experience running paid ad campaigns and optimizing for lead generation.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for luxury or high-ticket e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and retargeting tools.
• Bonus: Experience in luxury jewelry, high-end fashion, or premium retail.
