Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager
House of Willow Alexander – A Modern British Home & Garden Institution
Sidcup, Kent | 💷 £40,000 – £44,000 - This is not a hybrid role and requires 5 days a week in the office as policy
About Us
House of Willow Alexander is redefining sustainable home & garden living in the UK. From award-winning garden design and premium services to our e-commerce store and growing HoWA membership platform, we are building a new British institution at the intersection of tradition, design, and technology.
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of our paid media performance across our portfolio of services while maintaining our online store growth — ensuring that our brand translates into measurable commercial results.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based role in Sidcup. You’ll manage and optimise all paid media campaigns (Google & Meta) while also running our e-commerce store day-to-day. It’s a role for someone who enjoys both the creative side of digital marketing and the technical side of optimisation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
• Plan, execute, and optimise PPC (Google Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage budgets and targeting to deliver efficient CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Build remarketing and subscription funnels across digital touchpoints.
E-commerce Store Management
• Manage and update our online store (product uploads, merchandising, categories, promotions).
• Optimise product listings, descriptions, and homepage content for sales conversion.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations for accurate availability.
• Improve the customer journey (UX, checkout flow, CRO testing) working with in-house UX and web manager
Creative & Content Alignment
• Brief design team for on-brand ad creatives and product imagery.
• Write/test ad copy and product descriptions.
• Keep all digital touchpoints consistent with our design-led brand voice.
Analytics & Reporting
• Own campaign tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on paid media performance and store revenue.
• Use data insights to drive continuous growth.
About You
✔ 3–5 years’ digital marketing experience, with hands-on PPC and paid social management.
✔ E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopwired or similar).
✔ Strong balance of creative flair and analytical mindset.
✔ Proven results in lead generation and/or e-commerce revenue growth.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
✔ Local to Sidcup or able to commute daily.
What We Offer
🌿 Salary £40,000 – £44,000 (DOE).
🌿 Full-time, office-based role in Sidcup, Kent.
🌿 A chance to take real ownership and shape the digital growth of a design-led, carbon-neutral brand.
🌿 Clear progression as we scale nationally — this role can grow into a Head of Digital & E-commerce.
