We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and creative digital marketing professional with a passion for luxury retail. If you have 4–7 years of proven experience in driving digital strategy for high-end brands in Dubai, this role is for you.
As part of the marketing team, you’ll own the digital experience from strategy to execution ensuring our brand shines across all online touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:
• Strategy & Planning: Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and luxury positioning.
• Performance Marketing: Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok & more to maximize ROI and conversions.
• Content & Social Media: Lead content creation for social platforms, ensuring premium brand storytelling and engagement.
• CRM & Customer Engagement: Personalize digital campaigns using CRM insights to drive loyalty and retention.
• E-commerce & SEO/SEM: Oversee website updates, SEO, and promotions to deliver a seamless online experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
• 4–7 years of digital marketing experience in luxury retail in Dubai (mandatory).
• Expertise in paid campaigns, social media management, SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and GCC digital trends.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and premium aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
