Position OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns to attract qualified inbound leads.
Define goals, execute multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance, and refine strategies.
Collaborate closely with sales, design, and support teams to maximize campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Design campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, display, and affiliates; set goals, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Advertising & Campaign Management: Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms; optimize for ROI, conversions, and lead volume.
Content & Branding: Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, and email, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
Social Media & Community: Manage company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc., driving engagement and follower growth.
Sales & Conversion Optimization: Optimize landing pages, funnels, and e-commerce flows using A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and ad dashboards; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work with sales, design, and product teams; manage external vendors or agencies as needed.
Innovation & Trends: Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI tools, automation, influencer marketing, and competitor strategies; test and implement innovative approaches.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation
Annual Income Range: $70,000 – $150,000 (base + performance bonuses)
