We’re recruiting a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive real impact. This is a hands-on role for a performance-driven marketer who knows how to blend creativity with data, strategy with execution, and vision with measurable results. Our client is in the beauty and wellness sector.
You’ll be at the centre of a busy, forward-thinking marketing team, with the chance to shape how campaigns are designed, executed, and optimised across multiple digital platforms. If you thrive on driving demand, optimising customer journeys, and leading paid media activity with agency partners — this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Taking ownership of digital performance channels (email, paid media, SEO, CRM, automation, and more).
• Partnering with agencies to deliver high-performing paid search and social campaigns.
• Defining and optimising the digital customer journey, using automation, personalisation, and AI to enhance engagement.
• Driving campaign insights through GA4, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
• Staying ahead of emerging digital and AI trends, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ marketing experience, with a strong track record in digital performance and demand generation.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and agency partners.
• Strong hands-on skills with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, CMS platforms.
• Comfortable collaborating with tech teams on web enhancements and automation journeys.
• Analytical, commercially aware, and highly organised, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
