Role description
We are recruiting on behalf of a market-leading brand in the digital health space. The organisation offers a suite of health-focused products and services available both direct-to-consumer via app stores, and to healthcare providers as part of digital care pathways.
They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for maternity cover. This standalone role will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across both B2C and B2B2C audiences, with a strong focus on digital performance, content creation, and collaboration across internal and external teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Delivery
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g. App Store, SEO, paid media, email, CRM).
• Manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads).
• Analyse and report on marketing performance using tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, and App Store analytics.
• Drive growth and engagement via email and CRM strategies.
• Work closely with healthcare partners to co-create toolkits and campaigns that increase patient engagement.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging
• Develop and tailor content (blogs, videos, guides) for multiple personas including patients, clinicians, and healthcare procurement teams.
• Support sales enablement with compelling B2B collateral such as case studies and presentations.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Liaise with internal teams including product, design, clinical, and commercial, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in managing and optimising D2C digital campaigns with clear ROI.
• Experience marketing digital products via app stores (iOS and Android).
• Understanding of B2B2C and healthcare sector dynamics is highly desirable.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Analytical mindset; experienced in using marketing data to inform strategy.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools (desirable).
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective strategies to drive lead generation and engagement.
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and innovations.

Salary & Working Pattern
£40,000 per annum (full-time)
or
£40,000–£50,000 pro rata (4 days/week) for more experienced candidates
We’re open to either a full-time candidate with solid digital marketing experience, or a more senior professional who prefers a 4-day working pattern. Final salary and working hours will be based on the level of experience and skills you bring.
