Digital Marketing Manager

About Us
The World Changers is on a mission to help everyday people take control of their finances, build wealth, and create lasting change. We do this through three connected companies: The World Changers Network (financial education and community), The World Changers Agency (insurance and financial strategies), and The World Changers Investments (wealth strategies).
We work with individuals, families, and entrepreneurs through online courses, live events, and a growing network—combining education, expert guidance, and hands-on personalized strategies to deliver real results.
How You’ll Work
You’ll take a marketing strategy or project brief and turn it into a live, working campaign—building every part in our tools and channels. That means taking strategy docs, funnel maps, trigger–action tables, and content briefs and turning them into copy, assets, pages, automations, and connected systems that are tested and ready to go.
You’ll have VA support for formatting, uploading, or scheduling, but you’ll lead the work and review it before it goes live. You’re accountable for the quality, timing, and performance of everything you deliver.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, create, and implement content in line with the marketing strategy, including social posts, blogs, copy, and media assets and get it live in our tools and channels.
• Create all marketing assets needed for campaigns, courses, and events — visuals, landing pages, email series, ads, and supporting materials.
• Write and send the monthly member update newsletter with news, events, and what’s happening in TWC.
• Write and set up automated email/SMS sequences for members, prospects, clients, and Financial Professionals.
• Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting in email/SMS platforms.
• Build and maintain automation workflows; troubleshoot integrations when needed.
• Make basic SEO and content updates to improve visibility.
• Provide light CRM and tech support to Financial Professionals (logins, billing, permissions, site setup).
• Manage event calendars, promotions, and reminders.
• Write course overviews, quizzes, and descriptions that make learning engaging and clear.
Who We’re Looking For
You can take a marketing strategy document and run with it. You’re just as comfortable writing a landing page as you are building the automation that connects it to the next step. You like working across copy, design, and tech, and you can move a project from concept to live without needing to be hand-held.
What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong copywriting skills for emails, landing pages, ads, and newsletters.
• Solid design skills in Canva or similar for clean, on-brand visuals.
• Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (email/SMS), automations, and integrations.
• Comfortable with tools like Zapier, WordPress, ActiveCampaign, CRM systems, and basic SEO.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues quickly.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects without missing details.
Bonus if you have:
• Experience using AI tools for research, editing, or workflow speed (final work is still human-crafted).
Compensation & Benefits
• $65,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience and how well it matches the role’s responsibilities
• Full-time, contract-to-hire structure with the opportunity to revisit compensation as the role grows
• Performance-based bonuses tied to results
• Health insurance and retirement plan
• Paid professional development and growth opportunities within the company
How We’ll Measure Success
• Projects are delivered on time, on brand, and error-free.
• Campaigns, emails, and social posts meet engagement goals.
• Landing pages and funnels convert effectively for their audience.
• Copy and design require minimal revisions and perform well once live.
• Automations run smoothly and all leads are properly tagged and segmented.
If you’re someone who can take a plan and make it real—with the copy, design, and tech to back it up—we want to talk.
