About the Role We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who brings strong communication skills, sharp digital instincts, and the ability to own and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, content, SEO, and more. In this role, you'll lead strategy and implementation for a diverse client portfolio spanning e-commerce, wellness, SaaS, and healthcare. You’ll work closely with our CMO, as well as designers, writers, and channel specialists to drive measurable results that move the needle for our clients. This is an ideal role for someone with 2–4+ years of digital marketing experience, who wants to expand their impact, build a long-term career in marketing, and work with an agency team that values both strategy and soul. What You’ll Do • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across social, search, email, and affiliate/influencer platforms • Serve as the strategic lead for client marketing programs, providing regular updates, performance insights, and ideas for growth • Write and edit digital marketing copy across landing pages, email flows, ads, and organic content • Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life (design, dev, paid, and social) • Monitor analytics dashboards, generate monthly reports, and optimize campaigns based on performance • Contribute to the refinement of brand messaging, content calendars, and creative direction • Stay ahead of trends in DTC, paid media, email automation, SEO, and digital storytelling • Balance multiple brands and projects with a positive attitude, proactive ownership, and strong attention to detail What You Bring • 2–4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to create and manage marketing strategies from concept to execution • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress/Shopify), email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), paid platforms (Meta, Google Ads), and marketing tools (GA4, SEMrush, etc.) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines • Experience with SEO, content marketing, influencer outreach, or affiliate marketing is a big plus • Design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) are a bonus • Strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and a love for creative problem-solving What You’ll Love • Purpose-driven clients and inspiring projects • Flexible work environment (hybrid) • Generous time off • Fun, high-caliber team that truly collaborates • A culture that values ideas, experimentation, and integrity • A chance to grow with a company that’s scaling with intention Sound Like You?
