Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Job #: 5504 Location: New York City Category: Marketing / Start Ups & Venture Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 Overview: Our client is seeking a self-driven Digital Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor. This role is ideal for someone who can independently lead both email automation efforts in HubSpot and performance-driven Google Ads campaigns, while working cross-functionally with design, analytics, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in using data to inform and optimize marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing & Automation (HubSpot): • Own and optimize email marketing workflows and automation using HubSpot • Develop, execute, and analyze segmented email campaigns aligned with growth goals • Maintain CRM and campaign data integrity across platforms • Implement A/B testing and conversion tracking to improve engagement and ROI • Report on performance to C-level stakeholders with actionable insights Paid Media & Digital Advertising (Google Ads): • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • Collaborate with in-house or freelance design teams to develop compelling creative assets • Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing • Analyze campaign data to refine targeting, creative, and messaging strategies • Present results, trends, and recommendations directly to senior leadership Qualifications: • 6+ years of overall marketing experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot (email automations, campaign tracking) • 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) • Proven success in independently driving growth through digital channels • Strong analytical skills and experience in performance tracking, attribution, and reporting • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, analytics, and leadership teams • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills Hours & Benefits: • Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM • Hybrid (New York City-based) • PTO • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401K with Company Match
