Compensation: Up to 90k Job Summary: An established organization is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing efforts across multiple affiliated companies. The role focuses on driving online presence, customer engagement, lead generation, and eCommerce growth through strategic use of digital channels including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and AI-powered content tools. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated workflows using HubSpot Marketing Hub. โ€ข Manage drip campaigns to nurture leads and optimize the sales funnel. โ€ข Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and generate qualified leads. โ€ข Lead marketing initiatives for eCommerce platforms, focusing on user acquisition and conversion optimization. โ€ข Create and optimize PPC campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads. โ€ข Design and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility, especially on LinkedIn. โ€ข Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance; adjust strategies based on key metrics and KPIs. โ€ข Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Synthesia) to streamline content creation and improve efficiency. Qualifications: โ€ข 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. โ€ข Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including automation and segmentation. โ€ข Strong expertise in email marketing, A/B testing, and performance optimization. โ€ข Experience with social media advertising, especially in B2B environments. โ€ข Proficient in Google Ads, SEO best practices, and web analytics tools. โ€ข Familiarity with AI tools for content development is a plus. โ€ข Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. โ€ข Must be able to work on-site part-time and live within commuting distance.
