Digital Marketing Lead
Location: Remote (NO PST) Experience: 5+ years digital marketing, preferably CPG/beauty background
Key Role:
β’ Own and scale direct-to-consumer digital marketing strategy
β’ Manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliate channels
β’ Drive customer acquisition and retention metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
β’ Collaborate with external media agency and internal creative teams
Main Responsibilities:
β’ Performance marketing strategy and budget management
β’ Funnel optimization and conversion rate testing
β’ Email/SMS marketing via Klaviyo
β’ Analytics and reporting through Shopify
β’ UGC content collaboration
Requirements:
β’ Proven track record scaling performance channels profitably
β’ Deep knowledge of paid social/search and creative testing
β’ Data-driven with real-time optimization skills
β’ Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
