Digital Marketing Manager, SEM & SEO
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager, SEM & SEO to lead paid search, display, and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. This role is responsible for managing performance marketing across Google Ads while also owning a comprehensive SEO strategy, spanning both traditional organic SEO and emerging AI search optimization.

A Day in the Life of the Field Marketing Manager:
• Plan, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube, aligned to business objectives and full-funnel performance goals.
• Develop and manage Google Ads strategy across multiple geographies, personas, and buying stages.
• Build keyword and campaign structures, write compelling ad copy, and oversee audience segmentation and bidding strategies.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing across creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.
• Monitor and adjust budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to improve ROAS and lower cost per lead.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and campaign attribution through GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
• Lead full-funnel SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, aligned to business goals and content strategy.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for AI search optimization, ensuring PROS content is discoverable in AI-powered summaries, snippets, and conversational search experiences.
• Conduct keyword, SERP, and competitor analysis focused on both traditional search behavior and emerging AI search queries.
• Partner with content and product marketing teams to produce SEO-informed assets and structured content frameworks.
• Track SEM and SEO performance using platforms like Google Ads, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and AI SEO tools; provide reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications – About You:
• 5 plus years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads across Search, Display, and Video, ideally in a B2B environment. Proven experience leading SEO strategy, execution, and optimization across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Demonstrated ability to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive qualified inbound leads.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and core web vitals.
• Experience implementing and optimizing structured data/schema markup to improve visibility in SERP features and AI search results.
• Familiarity with AI-powered search engines (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT integrations) and the evolving landscape of conversational and generative search.
• Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Clearscope, SurferSEO, Google Search Console, and similar platforms.
• Skilled in conducting keyword and intent research, SERP analysis, competitive benchmarking, and content audits.
• Strong collaboration skills with web, content, and product marketing teams to develop SEO-informed content and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for SEO and SEM performance tracking.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing and CRM platforms.
