Role description
Chambers is seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the charge in optimizing our online presence.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, this individual contributor role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of SEO and thrives on data.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Marketing website pages using Wordpress and other landing page building tools (e.g. Unbounce), ensuring pages are optimised for SEO and conversion.
• Work alongside the Marketing Automation Manager to identify key areas to streamline via automation. Identify and champion process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings across the team.
• Work with our SEO agency, developing a clear roadmap of activity and be able to demonstrate the impact of our work in this area.
• Support the Demand Generation team with reporting and insights into campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to monitor digital performance to ensure optimal results and ROI against budget and targets.
• Act as a key stakeholder for the website relaunch project.
Skills and Experience
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, working with external agencies, managing resource and future planning and road-mapping.
• Good understanding of marketing and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wordperss, HotJar, Leadfeeder, Meltwater, Cognism, Unbounce)
• Experience working with large datasets, with the ability to gather tangible insights to make recommendations for improvement.
Person Specification
• Extensive digital B2B marketing experience, ideally in a similar environment (e.g. SaaS, Tech, Legal).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced organisation, managing multiple projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical and data driven focus to activities, with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
