As we scale, we are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance and brand marketing initiatives across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth Own the customer acquisition funnel across paid and organic channels Analyze data and market trends to adjust strategies and ensure KPIs are being met Performance Marketing Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and affiliate platforms Track ROAS, CPA, and other critical performance metrics Collaborate with creative and product teams to run A/B tests and continuously improve ad performance Email, SMS & CRM Oversee lifecycle marketing campaigns including email, push notifications, and SMS Improve customer retention and LTV through targeted segmentation and personalized automation flows Own CRM platform (e.g., Klaviyo or similar) and reporting dashboards Content & SEO Guide content strategy to improve brand awareness and organic visibility Manage SEO best practices, site structure, and content optimization
