Role description
LHH is currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas area. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy across multiple units or retail locations. Your expertise will help drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth through coordinated efforts in email marketing, social media, website management, and SEO. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for multi-unit or retail environments.
• Oversee the creation, scheduling, and performance analysis of email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and acquisition.
• Lead the planning and execution of engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
• Manage and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy, optimal user experience, and brand consistency across all locations.
• Drive SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and monitoring search performance analytics to boost organic traffic.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including merchandising, operations, and IT, to align digital tactics with overall business goals.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, using data to recommend and implement actionable improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire junior marketing team members as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within multi-unit, retail, or consumer-facing businesses.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful email, social media, website, and SEO initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), social scheduling tools, and email campaign software.
• Ability to work across multiple brands or locations simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid (in-office/remote) capacity, with the ability to collaborate effectively both virtually and in-person.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and available to work in the Dallas, TX area.
