We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on ownership, iteration, and translating strategy into execution. Role Description • Social Media Marketing – Manage and optimize organic and paid content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta to drive engagement and brand visibility. • Email Marketing – Plan, execute, and analyze lifecycle email campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Klaviyo to support lead nurturing and retention. • Website & Search Engine Marketing – Oversee landing page strategy, UX enhancements, and marketing automation to improve user experience and increase conversion rates. • Event & Webinar Marketing – Coordinate and promote digital events from planning to follow-up, ensuring strong attendance and qualified lead generation. • Paid Media & Search – Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to maximize performance against KPIs. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients, keeping projects on track and aligned with growth goals Qualifications • Experience with Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis • Strong skills in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Performance Optimization • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Community Management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proven track record of executing growth strategies and achieving measurable results • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field What We Offer • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 15 PTO days + 12 paid holidays • Bi-Annual Performance Reviews • Continued education reimbursement • Work-from-home stipend • Health and wellness stipend • Meals provided (in-office) • Monthly Supplement Wellness Products Provided Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $99,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
