Digital Marketing Manager Salary- AED 27,000 + benefits Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing. • Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize website structure, metadata, page speed, and schema markup to improve search visibility. • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms for maximum ROI. • Collaborate with design, strategy, and content teams to create optimized content aligned with marketing goals. • Analyze website traffic, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools. • Develop editorial and campaign calendars while ensuring cross-channel consistency and brand compliance. • Implement A/B testing, CRO strategies, and track KPIs to continuously improve digital performance. • Stay updated on emerging SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and technologies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within agencies or high-growth organizations. • Strong technical SEO expertise, including on-page, off-page, and website architecture optimization. • Hands-on experience with SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social campaigns, and analytics tools. • Proficient in CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), MS Office, Google Suite, and SEO/SEM tools • Excellent content writing and editing skills with knowledge of keyword strategy, hashtags, and social media optimization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
