Role description
About the Role Wishare Media is expanding its North American team and looking for a Digital Marketing Proposal Manager who can translate client needs and RFP requirements into compelling, data‑driven pitch decks and campaign plans. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and strategy leads to craft social‑first, performance‑oriented solutions that help direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands win in the U.S. markets. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Development to analyze client objectives, budgets, KPIs, and RFP/RFQ requirements, translating them into clear needs assessments. Lead the end-to-end development of strategic proposals, covering narrative, channel mix (Paid Social, Google Ads, Influencer/UGC, Affiliate, etc.), creative concepts, media plans, timelines, and budget allocations. Present proposals to clients, articulating strategic insights, projected ROI, and responding to feedback swiftly to maximize win rates. Align internal teams (Creative, Media Buying, Analytics) on proposal deliverables, ensuring smooth post-win transitions into campaign execution. Track market trends, platform policy changes, emerging tools (AI content, attribution models), and case studies to continuously refine pitch strategies and team knowledge. Job Requirements Must-Haves 3+ years of experience crafting multi-channel digital marketing proposals for DTC or e-commerce brands in the U.S. market. Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance measurement. Operational knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or TikTok Shop platforms. Track record of building influencer and UGC programs, including creator sourcing, fee modeling, and KPI management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast CAC, ROAS, and LTV to support budget planning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at creating persuasive narratives and high-quality pitch decks using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote. Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English. Nice-to-Haves Experience with AI-generated creative tools, Looker Studio, or Power BI for data visualization and storytelling. A personal or client-managed social media account that has achieved viral reach. Familiarity with emerging DTC marketing trends, attribution models, and creative testing frameworks.
