Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist at NCH plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s digital presence by contributing to the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns. With a primary focus on B2C (and selective B2B) engagement, the Specialist will help drive brand visibility, audience interaction, and revenue growth across online channels, including social media, paid media, SEO, SEM, CRM, content, and influencer marketing. This position works cross-functionally to translate marketing strategies into high-performing digital activations. The role includes campaign setup and optimisation, performance tracking, platform governance, and content coordination, while actively contributing ideas, trends, and technology insights, including the application of AI and automation tools. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and agile, with strong hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends. They must also demonstrate sound judgment in adhering to brand standards and compliance requirements across regulated product categories such as nutraceuticals, supplements, and personal care. Responsibilities: Taking responsibility for supporting and optimising the digital ecosystem under the NCH Group while contributing to strategic planning, campaign execution, performance analysis, and process improvement across digital platforms. Strategy Development & Execution • Contribute to the development of digital marketing plans in alignment with brand and business objectives. • Support the translation of brand briefs into digital execution plans and platform-specific activations. • Provide insight on market trends, platform innovations, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy. • Assist in drafting campaign briefs and aligning messaging with product positioning and marketing goals.. Digital Campaign Execution • Execute full-funnel digital campaigns across paid media, email, social, and web with guidance from senior team members. • Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms. • Ensure campaigns are aligned with channel best practices, brand tone, and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate the delivery of digital assets, timelines, and approvals across internal teams and external agencies. Performance Tracking & Insight Generation • Track key KPIs and platform analytics using GA4, Meta Insights, and other performance tools. • Provide data-backed reports on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights. • Suggest optimisation opportunities based on platform learnings and benchmark comparisons. • Maintain a performance dashboard to support reporting across brands and stakeholders. Content, Influencer & Community Activation • Support in building and managing social media content calendars across platforms. • Coordinate with influencer partners and content creators, assisting in brief development and performance tracking. • Monitor community engagement and respond to messages or escalate issues as required. • Track competitor activity and social media trends to inform content and audience engagement approaches. AI Tools & Automation • Identify and pilot AI-based tools to support content creation, campaign setup, and data reporting. • Contribute to the development of automated workflows for CRM, email marketing, and social publishing. • Research and recommend innovative tools that enhance efficiency and scale digital operations. Website & Digital Asset Coordination • Manage website content updates, collaborating with content and IT teams on UX and SEO. • Assist the e-commerce team in optimising A+ content, banners, and brand pages. • Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all published content and visual assets. Collaboration & GTM Readiness • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory, and e-commerce teams to align digital campaigns with GTM timelines. • Participate in new product launch readiness from a digital marketing perspective. • Support internal enablement initiatives by coordinating tools and content for stakeholder use. Governance & Compliance • Ensure all digital activities comply with relevant regulatory frameworks for nutraceuticals, supplements, and healthcare communications. • Safeguard consistency of tone, visual identity, and claims across all online assets and communications. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. • 5–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, or FMCG sectors. • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is preferred. • Proficient in paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights), SEO/SEM tools, AI based content creation platforms, and CMS platforms like WordPress. • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and design tools (e.g., Canva). • Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, content marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, and online customer journeys. • Well-versed in managing brand presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. • Ability to craft platform-specific content and brand voice. • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online sales funnels, and A+ content development. • Familiarity with web publishing and UX principles. • Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred.
