- Develop, execute, and manage paid content strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Optimize ad campaigns using Google AdWords, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and various other digital platforms.
- Effectively manage large marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and spending efficiency across all campaigns and platforms.
- Create and refine custom audiences by leveraging first- and third-party data to achieve targeted results.
- Conduct A/B testing to measure performance, optimize ad creatives, and enhance engagement.
- Provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including detailed data analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations for future improvements.
- Present campaign results and strategic insights to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in all communications.
- Participate in new business pitches to help the agency secure new clients by presenting digital strategies and showcasing successful campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices across various industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and develop new digital products tailored to the needs of B2C clients, ranging from e-commerce solutions to interactive tools.
- Drive innovation and create new campaign ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
β’ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid strategies
β’ Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads,Β preferred
