About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other programmatic channels. Your primary goal will be to optimize campaign performance to generate a positive return on investment while increasing brand visibility and customer engagement. You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and strategy development to analysis and reporting. Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or technology sectors
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
• 2 years of experience utilizing the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) or similar tools
• Deep understanding of managing social, display, and programmatic advertising platforms such as YouTube, Google Display Network, Yahoo Gemini, and Meta
• Proven experience managing ad spends of $2,000+ per day on YouTube and Google Display Network
• Experience handling $1,000+ per day on Google Search campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and generate insightful reports
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in day-trading or similar fast-paced, data-driven environments is a plus
Responsibilities
• Manage and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives to support customer acquisition and retention
• Optimize keyword selection, ad placements, and bidding strategies across multiple platforms
• Monitor daily ad spend, analyze performance metrics, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI
• Create compelling ad copy and messaging for Google Ads, PPC, and social media campaigns
• Analyze existing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments
• Manage monthly advertising budgets on Google Ads and Meta platforms, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance at regular intervals, providing actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to increase web property visibility, traffic, and conversions through strategic planning
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content, including engaging with followers via comments and DMs
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives, including content creation, webinars, and collateral development
• Lead market research efforts to understand audience segmentation and identify effective promotional channels
• Implement and refine marketing funnels, ensuring maximum engagement and value delivery to users
• Create and maintain marketing materials such as presentations, landing pages, success stories, and other collateral
• Evaluate marketing activities' effectiveness, prepare ROI reports, and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
