Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of the food retail industry to manage and grow our online presence. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. The ideal candidate is passionate about food retail, customer experience, and using digital tools to drive foot traffic, boost online sales, and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies tailored to the food retail market.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Oversee content creation for website, blogs, and social media that highlights promotions, seasonal products, recipes, and health trends.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and ROI across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to align digital promotions with in-store offers.
• Monitor competitor digital marketing efforts and industry trends.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through loyalty programs, email automation, and CRM integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing; experience in the food or retail sector preferred.
• Proven experience managing successful campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and social media strategy.
• Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), e-commerce platforms, and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with food retail e-commerce platforms and POS integrations.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and content partnerships in the food space.
• Understanding of customer behavior in food retail (e.g., seasonality, health trends).
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms is a plus.
