We’re on a mission to deliver an unmatched, customer-centric shopping experience, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can drive our brand presence and growth across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and execute daily social media tasks, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned content across all platforms.
• Develop creative content strategies and digital campaigns to boost customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships and PR initiatives to amplify brand reach.
• Build and execute marketing strategies to strengthen FunkySouq’s digital presence and brand recognition.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with clear ROI goals.
• Conduct research-driven audience segmentation and implement effective targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Lead and mentor the creative and marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and innovation in campaigns.
• Translate strategic digital marketing plans into actionable campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and present weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Take ownership of daily asset approvals, ensuring quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and consumer insights to keep FunkySouq ahead of the curve.
• Effectively coordinate across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow.
Qualifications
• 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, paid media campaigns, and growth marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a creative/marketing team and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and quality control.
