Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Rockwall, Texas Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing Reports To: VP of Marketing Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will support the development, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, with a particular emphasis on website performance, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is both analytically minded and creative, with strong hands-on experience in WordPress management and digital ad platforms. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Manage and maintain company websites using WordPress, including front-end content updates and back-end optimization โ€ข Implement and troubleshoot custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for enhanced web functionality and user experience โ€ข Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic โ€ข Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) aligned with business goals โ€ข Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager โ€ข Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to deliver effective digital campaigns โ€ข Ensure mobile responsiveness, site speed, and cross-browser compatibility โ€ข Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain best practices โ€ข Report on key metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance Qualifications & Requirements โ€ข Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (references required) โ€ข Advanced proficiency in WordPress, including theme and plugin configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning โ€ข Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript โ€ข Solid understanding of SEO principles, both technical and content-based โ€ข Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts โ€ข Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Search Console, GTM) โ€ข Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills โ€ข Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) โ€ข Experience with CRO tools and A/B testing (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely) โ€ข Google Ads and/or Analytics certifications โ€ข Familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms โ€ข Experience working with technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Ahrefs What We Offer โ€ข Competitive salary and benefits package โ€ข A collaborative and forward-thinking team culture โ€ข Opportunities for professional growth and continued learning โ€ข Flexible work environment (hybrid options available after probationary period)
