Focus on actively listening to understand their brand, goals, performance KPIs, and industry thoroughly. Oversee and manage dashboards, client reports, and progress to ensure alignment with their objectives. • Subject Matter Expert: Leverage your expertise to guide clients towards success and exceed their expectations. You'll deliver insightful weekly, monthly, and custom reports using cutting-edge tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Adobe, Looker Studio, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. As a mentor and role model for your internal team, you'll champion both advanced paid media strategies and dynamic leadership. Drive the team’s growth by leading training on the latest developments, technology updates, and innovative strategies. • Data-Driven Storyteller: You will utilize web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe), data visualization platforms (Power BI, Google Data Studio), and our advanced AI marketing platform, LXRInsights, to turn data into powerful insights. Share these findings with clients and team members, showcasing your skills as a dynamic and engaging storyteller. What We’re Looking For • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce digital marketing campaign management experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or Amazon Seller Central. • 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing operations experience. • Deep interest in the future of eCommerce and marketing — and how AI is shaping it. • Excellent communication — written, spoken, and interpersonal.
