Position: Digital Media Supervisor (E-commerce) Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Salary: $80,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience) Type: Full-Time Overview A fast-paced, growth-focused agency is seeking a Digital Media Supervisor with deep expertise in performance media and e-commerce strategy. This role will be central in driving customer acquisition through high-impact paid media strategies—optimizing to key KPIs including CPA, ROAS, and LTV. You'll lead campaign strategy and execution across key platforms like Meta and Google, directly influencing brand growth and media effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Media Planning: Lead the development and execution of full-funnel digital media strategies focused on customer acquisition, ROAS, and lifetime value across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen. • Media Recommendations: Provide informed and compelling paid media recommendations, ranging from long-term strategic roadmaps to real-time optimizations. • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance across KPIs and proactively optimize for cost efficiency and maximum impact. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (creative, analytics, product) to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver across the full customer journey. • Reporting & Insights: Leverage tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager to analyze performance, surface insights, and deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders. • Mentorship: Contribute to team development by guiding and mentoring junior planners and buyers. • Innovation & Testing: Identify emerging media opportunities, test new formats, and stay on the cutting edge of digital media trends. Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years in digital media planning and buying, with a focus on performance/e-commerce; agency-side experience preferred. • Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), and additional digital platforms. • E-commerce Background: Direct experience in retail, DTC, or industries like lottery, online gambling, or mobile gaming is a strong plus. • Analytics & Attribution: Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and ideally multi-touch attribution or media mix modeling tools. • Budget Management: Proven success managing large-scale budgets ($10MM–$15MM+) with an eye toward efficiency and ROI. • Communication Skills: Ability to present insights and strategies clearly and persuasively. • Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working in high-growth or startup-like environments where agility and speed matter. • Mentorship: Passion for sharing knowledge and elevating team members.
