Digital Merchandising Manager
Remote, with 1–2 days/quarter travel to our Atlanta office

• We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and analytical Digital Merchandising Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, ensuring accurate product representation, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
The Digital Merchandising Manager will collaborate closely with buyers, merchants, and vendors to manage product data and enhance product presentation. The role includes managing site merchandising strategies, improving product display content, and generating category-level performance insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital retail and driving cross-functional innovation to strengthen processes and standard operating procedures. This position reports to the VP – E-Commerce.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Site Merchandising Execution
• Own and evolve the daily execution of merchandising strategies, including product setup, navigation, onsite search, PLP (Product Listing Page), and PDP (Product Detail Page) optimization.
• Ensure accurate product naming, categorization, attributes, and SEO optimization across digital platforms.
• Curate, organize, and update product galleries for visual consistency and appeal.
• Maintain accurate product availability and visibility across the site.
• Manage category pages, navigation, and site search to optimize discoverability and user experience.
Promotional Merchandising Support
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and vendors to manage product lineups for campaigns.
• Create candidate SKU lists and support promotional merchandising efforts.
Trend Monitoring and Reporting
• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and engagement to inform merchandising strategies.
• Stay current on digital merchandising trends, industry best practices, and competitive benchmarks to support ongoing improvements.
Project Management
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in product information management, onboarding workflows, and data architecture.
• Support projects aimed at streamlining and enhancing merchandising operations.
Education And Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in digital merchandising, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred).
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Effective communicator and team collaborator.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with A/B testing and SEO best practices; Google Analytics certification a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Understanding of digital visual storytelling and merchandising best practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Insight into retail and/or flexible consumer purchase trends and market behaviors.
