Role description
Cable Connection & Supply, an industry-leading supplier of supply chain management and integrated solutions, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Digital Merchandising & Marketplace Specialist. This role works at our corporate headquarters in Faribault, MN.
In this position, you will play a dual role in managing customer-specific storefronts within our uniform division and supporting a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Storefront & Project Management
Develop, launch, and maintain customer-specific digital storefronts using a third-party software.
Research and organize product details (titles, descriptions, images, and attributes) ensuring proper catalog placement.
Format product images to meet platform specifications (aspect ratio, size, resolution).
Provide onboarding support for new customers, including virtual demonstrations and tailored training materials.
Maintain and update active/inactive storefront accounts.
Generate reports and assist with annual pricing updates for customer accounts.
Ensure proper CRM tagging and product identification in all databases.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth of the company.
Marketplace Management
Manage and optimize CCSโs existing product listings on eBay to enhance visibility, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Research and implement best practices for eBay listing optimization, including effective product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and availability on eBay to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities for growth within the eBay marketplace.
Monitor eBay analytics and performance reports to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, implementing initiatives to improve the buyer experience and encourage positive reviews.
Explore the feasibility of selling on Amazon, including researching platform requirements, evaluating potential product fit, analyzing marketplace competition, and developing a go-to-market strategy if appropriate
Marketing & Digital Content
Manage and grow CCSโs social media presence, website content, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Assist in market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future efforts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and product rollout activities.
Assist with website development projects including product pages, catalogs, product loads, sales sheets, case studies, and more.
Assist with a variety of marketing campaigns such as email, paid media opportunities for assigned brands including advertising, print publication ads, rep promotions, and press releases.
Assist with digital and print promotional and marketing content
Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing teamโs goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associateโs or bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Or, prior experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing support roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Proficient with a multitude of social media tools and platforms
Reliable, highly organized, team-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently, or collaboratively as needed.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.).
